When you purchase a 432 audio product, the warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

All warranties are provided by 432 audio. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. The warranty is in addition to other consumer rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with all guarantees included under Australian Consumer Law.
All 432 audio products come with a 12-month warranty that protects you from and is limited to manufacturing faults. 432 audio offers a 12-month replacement warranty on manufacturing faults for end-users only. End-users must provide a receipt for proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or retailer.
All warranty claims will be reviewed at the time of the claim. Warranty claims can only be approved where 432 audio has received the device and diagnosed, identified, and validated the manufacturing fault. Where the product does not perform in relation to the specifications advertised on the product packaging or user manual, and/or a manufacturing fault is validated by an authorized service technician, 432 audio agrees to replace the device. If the product is no longer available or superseded by a comparable model, 432 audio will provide a replacement.
Warranty is limited to manufacturing faults and does not include the following:
· Faults caused by wear and tear.
· Impact damage (which includes all forms of tension and compression).
· Accidental damage.
· Faults caused by improper use.
· Faults caused by liquid or other substance.
· Disassembly of any type.
· Modification of the product.
· Software incompatibilities or external software errors.
· Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or secondhand purchases.
· Defects related to subjective personal preferences or judgments.
Making a Warranty Claim:
Dealers and retailers are authorized to handle the warranty claim for an end-user on return of the item if they are the original place of purchase. Alternatively, you can contact 432 audio directly at 1300 432 283 or support@432audio.com.au where your claim can be handled.
Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the claim. Where a proof of purchase is not supplied, a warranty claim may be declined. Acceptable proof of purchase includes a tax invoice from an authorized retailer or dealer, or a bank statement showing the date and proof of purchase.
End-users are responsible for shipping costs in relation to the return of an item. Products must be shipped in appropriate packaging to avoid damage due to shipping. 432 audio will not take responsibility for any damage caused during the return of the item. Standard return shipping will be at no expense to the end-user.
